Emeril Lagasse and José Andrés paired the 2011 Red Stitch Soberanes Pinot Noir with the dish called 'The Foieffle'. This dish was created by Chef Andrés and is made of a crisp and airy waffle topped with foie gras cream and maple syrup. The panel and the crowd gave these two (and us) the Win!
